Horse abuse in Poland, how definitely NOT to teach a horse to be driven

This video turned up on Youtube a few days ago, but should get more attention as how NOT to handle a horse.
I have really never seen somuch stupidity concentrated in a 2 minute video around putting ( what seems to be a totally unprepared) young mare to a carriage.
Best thing to do is to switch of sound, as music is horrible.
It is very clear, that those young ladies had not the faintest idea of what they were going to do.

Holy cow what a gorgeous horse! STUPID PEOPLE, I don't train horses, I like to be around them and admire their beauty and intelligence...and -I- know better than to hitch one up and keep trying when it's like that, that's how to teach them to FEAR the carts, not pull them. Switch out or risk laming/killing the horse or getting someone killed, which would have been karma at that point. What a shame such beauty is forced to live with such idiots. I cannot believe they put her through so much risk.

How horrible. What a way to ruin the mental state and psycology of a perfectly fine horse.And in the video it seems they had many chances to take a look at the situation and understand "This isn't going to work... ummm this may not be a good idea. Umm I think he's not ready."

Of course its suitable, it just needs training, obviously this was his first time. Don't blame the horse for being unsuitable, blame the "trainers."
