Horse abuse in Poland, how definitely NOT to teach a horse to be driven

This video turned up on Youtube a few days ago, but should get more attention as how NOT to handle a horse.
I have really never seen somuch stupidity concentrated in a 2 minute video around putting ( what seems to be a totally unprepared) young mare to a carriage.
Best thing to do is to switch of sound, as music is horrible.
It is very clear, that those young ladies had not the faintest idea of what they were going to do.

Two things have crossed my mind while watching this video... Where is the other half of the harness? And you do not automatically jump a horse into pulling a cart. It's a process. Not a, "Oh hey we have a horse, half a harness and a cart. Let's see if the horse will pull!" Obviously not...

Lets all hope they didn't break her spirit... that she wouldn't take to the harness.... and that consequently she ended up in the hands of someone who HAD horsemanship skills and the patience to regain her trust.

Dude.... Why are there two people lunging? One person should lunge. I don't know how to teach a horse to drive, but this is clearly not it. The horse clearly doesn't like it, and if this is all in one day this is HORRIBLE. You're just screwing up her mind to make it harness+cart=pain and torture. This is terrible!

Eventually the genius horse is either going to figure our that the cart isn't a mountain lion, or it's head will implode from the pull of the absolute vacuum between it's ears.

They're paying to feed and keep it, it's darn sure gonna earn it's keep.

Don't throw the harness on and ride off, you need to be gentle! Slow and gentle! Yeah, when you need to, throw your weight around to show them that they aren't in control, but wow! Those girls don't know crap about horses.
