Documentary trailer. While on a trip to Vietnam in 1997, Scott Finger, a private investigator, bought several US Military Dog Tags at trinket stands. Upon his return to the US, Finger began the process of finding the veterans and returning their tags.

  • I was 19 years old, green out of high school and into the Army......I was a combat Army Vietnam infantry radio operator serving near Hiep Duc Vietnam with Co. D, 4th Bn, 31st Infantry, 196th Light Infantry Brigade in 1968-69.....I lost my dog tags in August 1969 in a firefight near Hiep Duc during a NVA offensive...I lost my dog tags then...One of my tags was found in Vietnam in 2008 by some returning vets...I was located by them, and the tag was returned to me...I treasure it very much!

  • i have a pare of ww2 american issued dog tages with my name, birth date, year of tetnus shot and blood type.
