Tilt Shift Effect Tutorial HD (Sony Vegas Tutorial)

In this tutorial i go over doing a tilt-shift effect in sony vegas. I didn't have any video footage, so i just used the same picture i used in my tilt shift photoshop tutorial. I thought it turned out pretty decent. Everything i did was improvised off the top of my head at the very last second. Hopefully this tutorial -audio helps you if you are looking to achieve this effect and can't seem to find one ANYWHERE. This effect can obviously be used on video footage and would probably look WAY better, but i didn't have any at my disposal at the time i did this tutorial.
