Bruhns at Walter Reed - September 16, 2005

John Bruhns has threatened FreeRepublic.com's owner with legal action for an article posted on their website about his association with the radical leftist group, Code Pink. He denies association with them; first saying that he participated in Code Pink's "vigil" only two times. Then, on Memorial Day 2007, Bruhns claimed in a CSPAN appearance that he had only been there one time.

September 16, 2005 is the third of four Friday nights that John Bruhns participated in Code Pink's "anti-war" blood dance. Bruhns crossed the street, into the DC Chapter's permitted area and confronted members of the DC Chapter, belligerantly cursing at them. This event, as well as the other three times he participated, were documented (with photos and audiotape) by members of the DC Chapter of Free Republic.com and several milbloggers.

The DC Chapter and the milbloggers stand at Walter Reed in support of our troops and their mission.

Code Pink, on the other hand, wages a psychological war against our wounded warriors and their families at Walter Reed.

John Bruhns was there with Code Pink. On at least four occasions.

Now he's the darling of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid; and he's trying to cleanse himself of his past associations with the radical leftists who wage war against our troops.
