Can I get some sheet music for this???
-
@00Ragamuffin00 Nope, none of the classical stringed instruments are fretted.
-
I thought that violas were fretted is this not true?
-
@srebalov in my opinion everything which sounds good is justified so why would he have to use a bow in every song if we enjoy music in this way also?i think he used pizzicato in order to show technique
-
@Dj0g3r looks that way, right?
I've played guitar for a very long time now and just bought a viola. This is the way I handle my viola :P
Not pretty
-
you like to use Pizzicato isnt? hehehe
bye,youre good on that
-
thank you! I'm learning the instrument and this is helpful.
-
@taniabell1025 that is 80% not tru
-
kinda sounds almost shamisen-ish.
-
you suck on balls !!! ;)
Great!
I don't want to sound stupid, but can I use the same fingerings here on the violin? I don't know alot about the differents between them.
I do play banjo though, so some of this stuff here seems natural to me and I was wondering if I could pull it off on violin.
Thanks!

yes, you can, viola and violin are pitched relatively the same, the difference is that the viola is a 5th lower.

dude....it starts from pentatonic as I explained....then to the blues scale - add the #4 then a VARIATION on the blues scale....add #7. why are you pointing out the basic blues scale to me? I just explained it. listen to some bela fleck and listen to his choice of scales, you'll hear them everywhere
