@TheEEStudent What democracy? the current goverment lost in the January election and they refuse to hand over power the the newly elected government they are enjoying thieving money and watching families suffer from hunger and poverty, It's much harder as an Iraqi knowing your family overseas aren't safe and aren't living the life that they deserve. The current government that America empowered are killing the innocent and stealing the money that is intended to build and shape the future of Iraq. Iraqi body count site which is considered credible, refutes your accusations. only about 100,000 ppl died in Iraq from hostilities, about 90% of them from terrorists actions. that's about a half of the number of shiites and kurds Saddam murdered after the first gulf war, in one month.
