  • Seriously? It's not free money.

Just finished my '08 tax return and received an e-filing error for not claiming the $1,200 REBATE (married filing joint) under "2008 Recovery Rebate Credit - TAX [stimulus] REBATE". Then our refund was exactly $1,200 less when I fixed the error, so essentially; last year we spent part of our OWN upcoming '08 tax refund instead of saving it. So I suppose those who usually PAY taxes with their return will now also be paying back the '08 "stimulus" as well??

  • That is horrible advice... thanks

  • I spent my portion of the "buy off money" on "internet overseas purchases"... I think this video has a subversive tone to it.

  • That is the worst advise you can give about money. Spend it, okay what happens after that?
