I've finally given in and started eating as Insanity wants me to... I did the Basal energy expenditure equation thing, with the Insanity additions/subtractions to the equation, in the nutrition guide that comes with Insanity and couldn't believe that I was expected to eat 2806 calories a day, that's 561 calories PER meal, to lose weight.
This workout is awesome if it enables me to eat MORE and stll lose weight! Hopefully in a couple of weeks it'll prove correct. GOD I hope it does!
Dude, oatmeal is one of my staple foods for this program.. Half to a 1 cup oatmeal + chopped almonds + carbmaster yogurt + 1 scoop dymatize protein powder + diced fruit (bananas, blueberries, etc. whatever i'm feeling) but it's fucking legit as it gives you tons of energy and fills you up without weighing you down
That looks great. I was wondering what to pair my oatmeal with to get the protein I need. DUH protein shake! I can also use this to help me with my other meals that lack protein. Thanks for the tips.
