@tay2sims to use conditioners to wash your hair. You hop in the shower and rinse your hair and then poor your favorite conditioner all over your hair and massage it in and let it sit in there for a few minute and then rinse it out and repeat if you want to. Co-washing keeps your hair and scalp clean and moisturize your hair and scalp all at once. you can co wash many days out of the week whenever you don't feel like using shampoo.
