the ties come already on the wreath you buy them at the same store you buy the deco mesh atleast here thats how they come look for home decor stores

@kmhefley The wreath frame actually comes with the ties already on it. I don't know exactly where you buy these. I bought my frame at a craft show.

You can buy the wreath frame with ties already on it, get a plain frame and use pipe cleaners, or (what I did since they're easy to find on sale right now) get an inexpensive plain Christmas wreath and use the green stem pieces the same way the video used the ties.
