@Sashalexandros Not exactly. Testosterone over powers estrogen, so a pre t trans guy is basically a prepubescent boy. Hormone replacement pushes the body through a male puberty. After one year on T, most trans men look like grown men. Regardless of age. For example results will be similar for someone who started at 15 to someone who started at 25.
