@MrNeil4pad Pork butt. It's the best part. You have to have a layer of fat and meat when you BBQ to keep it moist and tender. You can also use the pork belly if you're braver than I am. :P

do you have the measurements for the ingredients? if not, how is it suppossed to taste??? more on the sweet side or salty?

@fugeelala1980 Hi! Unfortunately, I don't measure my ingredients. I just base it on how I want it to taste like. My BBQ is a little bit sweet, sour and spicy.

when skewing..you..twist the stick slowly then push..esp. on the pork fat....

@Jerbaki Hi! Thanks for your suggestion I normally do the twisting method if the fat is thick. But if it's thin I just wrap the fat around the stick. Thanks for your comment. Take care. :)
