@randomal33 I have figured out that microsoft virtual PC also can run on windows 98. fuck what microsoft says the virtual pc works on just about any microsoft os. but sadly you won't get virtual PC support if you use the program on any os other than windows 7 enterprize,professinal, or Ultimate.

If the iso is a bootable one sure, but it might depend which virtual PC you have, I dunno about 2003 but it works with 2007

Microsoft Virtual PC 2007, just search it on the microsoft website. When installing just ignore it if it says your operating system isnt supported, I had home premium and it worked fine for me
