  • when is he back playing? the wallabies are lacking his experience

  • @MrJammydodger1995 to be honest, a return to the Wallabies for Stirlo would be unlikely. Although his experience is second to none, unfortunatly his better playing days are behind him. As 2010 was plagued by injury for Mortlock - which hindered his perormance - perhaps if he can get through the 2011 super 14 season in one peice, hopefully he will make a return to the Wallabies.

  • when was that test match at 3:40? that looked like a memorable one.

  • Australia vs New Zealand in 2004 at Wellington

Final Score: New Zealand 16 Australia 7

  • As a kiwi i have always had interest in Stirling. I personally think he is an outstanding 13. he is a hard runner his defence is good. Outstanding Rugby player. I also like the way he speaks after games. i remember watching a game where the All Blacks had won they way he congratulated them and spoke showed true sportsmanship. the best midfeild would be Umaga and Mortlock.

  • I always wanted to see a SH vs NH game so I could see Mortlock play outside Umaga. Two of the best.

  • If you happen to walk past Sterling's gravesite one day in the future and you hear a funny noise coming from within, do not worry. That's his leg drive still going.

  • he will never play for wallabies again. Deans does not value experience much e.g nathan sharp and matt gittau. Rob Horne and Anthony Faiinga would be the prefered outside centres over Mortlock although Mortlock brings physicality to a backling lacking some

  • @tubenick66 yea theres no disagreeing there.

but if it did happen whats the bet that the northenies would dwell on BOD and tindell

  • I'm a NZer, but his try at the Rugby World Cup 2003, intercepting one of Carlos Spencer's shitty passes, remains one of the best I have ever seen.

  • My fav was 3:38

  • @willikes not a chance

  • @willikes word is he's making a run for the world cup team. wouldnt be surprised to hear something in the next couple months

  • @willikes hard hard hard

  • @MrJammydodger1995 he is playing for the melbourne rebels and I think he is their captain to so hopefully he wil get a look at for RWC, although Aus have a few good centres at the moment

  • i'm a massive all black fan but gotta say mortlock has to be up there as one of the greatest centres
