I've got one of Jona's guitars too, and its got an 85 in the bridge too, find that weird haha, much prefer an 81, more balls

@BlueDinkyShredder what scale is your guitar? Depends on how you like the tension on your guitar, I know people that use 11-52 with this tunning and love it, its just preference

@BlueDinkyShredder you could use anything you want man, Some people like really stiff tension for their strings which is why the go so thick, it also will sound fatter live, others like bulb from periphery use thinner strings for a grindier more buzz saw type sound

and could they fit on a standard epiphon les paul?

@findanewgoddd 12-70......if you drill the nut on the guitar they might fit, the tuning heads may need to be drilled.
