This is another installment of my transitions and floorwork example routines. This one focuses slightly more on the florwork compared to the other video of the same nature. This was also requested by one of my students who came to my workshop on the very same subject so Amy this one is for you.

I don't know why people have to still be so uptight and judgemental about "stripping". Geez, if you can't enjoy a pole dance without telling yourself, "it's fitness, not stripping, it's fitness, not stripping" maybe you should watch ballet or something. Ain't nuttin' wrong with strippin'. Don't like it? Don't have to watch. That's my vote. This lady's awesome. I don't know if she actually strips or not, but she could. :)
