Jim Ware Painting a Pet Portrait of Millie, the Black Lab

Jim paints pet portraits in oil. Millie, a black lab, passed away recently and the owners' son wanted to memorialize Millie by commissioning an oil portrait of her as a gift to his parents. Jim decided this would be a good time to make a video of one of his commissions being painted. Although it took about six hours to paint (not counting several hours of other prep), the video is speeded up so it only takes a little over 7 minutes. Here's to Millie. [www.jimwareworks.com]
