Cope can say what he likes about this album. The bottom line is that even though I completely sympathise with his underground stance on music, this album is an utter gem of pop and aggression, color and joy. The fact he puts in a dark song like A Crack In The Clouds tops it all for me. My all time favorite track is Laughing Boy BTW : )

Back in the booooring 80ies this was the first song that gave mie confidence and showed me that not everything was lost. This song captures all the glory of Pop Music... from the promising intro to the ecstatic guitar riff right till the climactic end... once its over, I always want to listen to it again and again!

Is there another version of this video? I remember seeing it back in the day and the performance part but not the car bits. I'll never forget that microphone stand!

"Trampolene" is the best track Julian ever made and I really mean that. Bring me back to the year 1987.// Christoffer
