Also messing with recording settings AGAIN.
This time, its good enough quality. As I said, I am NOT planning on getting HD on my laptop, haha. I'd kill my poor baby. Medium or lower will have to do for now.

Second, I swear I have problems every time I try a recording test. Now, the sound kinda slows down. If you listen carefully, the music, voices and well EVERYthing sounds slowed down. I have no idea what happened/

But that's the fun in messing with stuff you don't know. You learn along the way!

ANYways, the vid is me messing with Sonic Adventure 2 Battle for gamecube. This is like my FAV boss from the entire game. Because mainly... I'm in love with that laugh/cackle Boom Boo and the little ghost does when you get them to turn around, which explains why I kept doing it, haha.

Also, I never knew if you get hit by that blue flames attack Boom Boo does, you're screwed. Because I could not move at all after being hit with it.

Enjoy~

  • Hmm, what program are you using to record? I haven't messed with my settings in a minute, but I just basically downloaded a bunch of codecs (I think I still use DivX, but I could be wrong) and use Virtualdub to capture.

Also, good stuff on the boss fight. I honestly don't remember being able to hit him twice in a row like that. :3

  • @DJPhilanegro

I use Virtualdub too, brah. I remember ya telling me you used it so I use it too. I swear, it's not stealing, I'm just looking up to you so I copy you. <3

And when I'm done recording, I shrink the vid down using Window Movie Maker. Trust me, the sound problems happened way before I did that so I'm still pointing the finger at VD.

  • @N64YoshiMan Hehe, I don't mind at all. <3

But um...I'm thinking it has something to do with the video codec you use. There's a whole bunch out there to experiment with, it's just finding a good one. I just use DivX since it's the only one that seems to be consistent (no dropped frames) when I record lol.

  • Things are looking good, dude!

Can't wait to see what else you have in store for us.
