  • @Abbas950able yes. lifting wieghts will NOT stunt your growth. In the entire history of mankind there has never been a scientific study or medical report that show weight lifting stunts growth. There is absolutely no evidence. Its an old wife's tail like the Boogie-Man, The Tooth Fairy, or trickle down economics... its a wild misnomer that must be debunked

  • @fadeismade2003 Damn bro!!! This is why people should NEVER do roids. I have never done any drug except weed. The side effects of roids are just way to fucking crazy! Working out should be about over HEALTH, you know? Roids are just not healthy!

  • Better to build up your biceps through compound exercises. While you are doing curls working your biceps in isolation, instead you could have been working out more muscles overall and still seen great results. This is probably why FLStudioBBuild3r saw good results.

  • Curls do not build bicep mass! regardless what type of curl or how "fancy" the technique is. Stick to heavy ass barbell rows and pull/chin-ups.

    I have found that my biceps have grown significantly since training my back more with heavy ass weight at low reps (5-6 reps at muscle failure), although I have found that curls give my biceps a more "3D look".

    This is still a great video though I am not knocking it but I just don't want people to believe that curls build mass on the biceps...

  • This is what i need to know. When i start workingg out. Should i be starting with a low weight and work up to my high weight, and if so how many reps/sets of weights do i do working up to my max. how hard should i be pushing my body? how long should i work a muscle group?

  • What a great tip, is it ok to go all the way down and allow a straight arm ? or can you have a bend to maintain pressure so as not to allow a rest.
