The reason why Meg's character became so Bitchy towards the end was because she had complained to producers that her character was too naive.

I didnt like Meg towards the end she just became too bitchy, in fact i preferred Sydney Penny in those last few weeks. Why did Meg feel the need to talk as if she is whispering all the time, or trying to entice someone. She hd such a low voice. I liked her in the first 2 years but by the 3rd year she became annoying.
