The story of Yamaha's Motocross achievements in 1973

First 125 world championship season

The YZ637 started the whole suspension motocross revolution. All the bikes today now use a single rear shock suspension.

  • When Motos were done on the ground

  • Now that is a motocross track. I went to a supercross race the other day and the track was big as the baseball diamond. What a wast of money and time. It was so boring watch the riders go over a bunch of bumps that it got old real fast.

  • Thanks for posting this, shows just how far the sport has come. Great stuff.

  • Increible como iban de rapidos en esos tiempos, lo bueno que era Torao, los besos de las chicas en el podium...
