It's a shame what happened to him in such a short time of 21 years from this video. R.I.P. Michael....I'll always be a fan

After his performance, ever other Grammy performance sucked and sucks.

I can't believe the stupid grammy didn't give michael the grammy for the man in the mirror for best song and gave it to that dumb song don't worry be happy instead. Maybe they thought he had too many grammys, I don't know what they were thinking.

@paulcyr22 i know what you mean, but i think it was because of the perfectionist he was. he wanted EVERYTHING to be perfect, so that's my assumption.

i understahd the am ount of dancing he does..but theres a TON of videos that he lipsings in.....i wonder why no one ever commented on it.....

@buckinbronc21 I agree completely. I have heard that seeing MJ live was like a religious experience and this by far is one of his best performances. Michael so believed in what he was singing and it was like he was pleading for people to listen to him and get his message to help heal the world. I have never seen another performer sing with such emotion, he showed us his feelings though every note and every movement he made on stage. Man In The Mirror is my all time favorite.

@BMANSMOOTH1 I wondered what MJ sang after the black man making the change and the white man make a change. I couldn't make it out so thank you for telling us that he said proud man has to make a change.

That is without a doubt the greatest live performance of any entertainer, anywhere in the world, EVER. If the people in that audience were not moved that night, then they're made of stone. There was something magical going on there, for sure......he gave it his all......he put it all out there. IMO, it's the closest you'll get to a religious experience, disguised as contemporary music. I soooo wish that more people had understood him and listened to his message.

he was the best T_T
