what i am trying to figure out how she goes from her knees and back up to a duck walk position. practice i shall try....but i don't know if i can duplicate those moves. YOU GO GIRL!!

She sort of kicks her left leg to the side and gets just enough room to put her toes down, can't see with dudes head in the way but I assume she follows that with the same move using her right leg.

Fair warning if you really do intend to practice this, your shins and calves are going to burn like hell the next day and for some time after.
