Sorry about the missing sound. I cant find it anywhere. It must be a digital glitch.

At the point when the sound stops I am putting the brass shallot into a jig that will hold the shallot in order to solder a plug to one end of the piece. I am heating up the solder and shallot at the same time with a pointy soldering iron and wait until the solder fuses to the brass. Let cool down and sand the excess solder flush with the shallot.

Can you give us a brief write-up of whats going on after the sound cuts out?

Very informative. I enjoyed the previous series 1to 6. Do you realise there is a problem with no sound half way through?
