Weekend Project #3 - Just for fun
I named it 3x4m "12 square meters" Studio Kost,
Studio: Smallest unit of an apartment
Kost: Ya tempat punyanya si ibu kost! (Room for rent)
Sketchup 8, Vray, Intel Indeo Video 4.5 Avi Codec, 800x450 pixel, 16:9, frame rate 30 fps, modeling time 3 hours, rendering time 2 minutes!
I forgot to put a closet, but the show must go on ...
Itu ada gas 3 Kg, buat masak, jadi bisa diinstal kompor mini di area pantry ... ada exhaust fan buat kontrol udara kompor + sirkulasi udara juga, tapi bingung ... klien tanya, "ini pake AC?" ... zzz

@shakunkadunk Not far off actually. You could just have the loo in the same space as the shower, doubles as a seat too, and the shower doubles as a loo cleaner.
Replace the sink with a sink+loo in one to save even more space. You could probably, with the right design, make the entire bathroom section in to an actual bathroom by putting a double door system with the bottom door being a foot or 2 high. Jacuzzi, hell yes, best apartment ever.

@themiphz Yes unfortunately it was in 2000 I only had a VGA camera back then and I do not have any photos now.
Later I build a 119sqm house that I sold since I moved to Canada and soon I will build a 40sqm one bedroom house.
12sqm was a bit extreme but not that bad I lived there for about one year.

I used to live in a 12 sq meter apartment together with my girlfriend.
I designed and build the furniture in order to make use of the space.
4.9m x 2.45m the room was 3.6x2.54 and the reaming space was split in two, an entrance and a bathroom.
