Solo piece for piano. It uses a simple, but catchy melody that appears in many variations. This piece resembles an introduction or overture of something. Created with musescore. Please leave comments/ratings.

  • Simply love it

  • @sammyzeus

    Thank you.

  • I liked your piece, you did a great job maintaining a theme all the way through in interesting ways. I don't really think it sounds like Chopin at all but more akin to something like Prokofiev in my best approximation.

A quick note on the theory side of things your key should be d minor not a minor and most of your db's should actually be c#. Not a big deal but I thought you would like to know for future reference.

I'm not particularly experienced in composing, so thanks for the feedback. This is probably one of the more intelligent of youtube comments.

  • Is it just me...a novice, but sounds like the Mozart of xylophone:)) Wonderful, upbeat piece!

  • @MaggieEmail
