The music was composed by Rev. Fr. Gboi Samonte of the Diocese of Malolos and the former Chairman of the Diocesan Committee on Liturgical Music (DCLM) also of the Diocese of Malolos.

The song was also the title of the first Liturgical Song Album of Fr. Gboi. The song was also included in the Liturgical Song Album entitled "Minamahal, Nagmamahal" of The Kenosis of the Immaculate Concepcion Seminary - Guiguinto, Bulacan.
