Some JRT have the ears standing. Mine has 1 ear up and 1 ear down. He is 100% pedigree.

Hmm... I had a JackRussel Terrier too ^^
But mine has the ears down .. and not up.. there are 3 kinds of this Terriers ... ^
1. Jack Russel Terrier
2. Parson Russel Terrier
3. Rat Terrier

They look all pretty much the same but the Jack has the ears down the Rat (like yours) up and the Parson has more hair bt also ears down...

A Jack Russell and a Parson Russell are the same dog, the only reason they have been seperated is all to do with the Jack Russell Club of Canada. The rat terrier is a completly different breed, one that is older, but was used by Parson Jack Russell in England to start the Jack Russell breed.

@13Tomboy95 This dog is still a jack russell but when their ears are folded down it's called cropped breeder choice just like their tails getting snipped.
