If you change the light bulb ballast with the primary on a MOT, or similar size transformer so it acts as a big inductor you get a MUCH bigger arc.

Ciao, le lampade sono messe in parallelo.... La più lunga è da 1000W, la seconda a forma di lampadina da 300W, e la piccola allo iodio da 250W, totale 1550W a 238V dc. :))
