"How do you explain stocks like AMZN selling at 45X earnings when their earnings growth is less than 10%. The market is out of whack "

    Our response:

Future price can only be determined by extrapolating future growth, future earnings, and future interest rates - all variable - over a period of time. As conditions change, the result of the formula changes.

To determine "future" price, you need to utilize "future" events - not today's.

Two scenarios may exist with stocks like AMZN.

    1) If "future" price is higher, someone is stocking up right now.

    2) If "future" price is lower, someone is unloading a ton of stock,

You can see where knowing the "future" price is critical to being profitable in the stock market.

When buying at the current level stops, the stock will advance or decline towards its probable "future" price.

And then, the public will know, too!
