  • The ball seems to be in a deflated state. Is the ball deflated in order to line up the hips and the shoulders at the proper height. Can more air be added to make this more channening? Or is it better to change the position of the feet?

  • @elskeetermann yes this ball is a bit deflated. It would be ideal if there were a bit more air in it
