How in the world did the doctors miss noticing that the new liver for this man's transplant was infected with hepatitis C? Doctors must be slacking where he's from.

@cheerndance1992 Think about when that first liver must have been transplanted. These episodes are quite old by now and it says, the first one was done years before that. So that must have been an early transplant. Then there wasn´t as much experience an knowledge in that field.
