wait so apple are boasting that PC users are switching to mac even though Microsoft still controls 90% of the market while apple controls 5%

i bought a brand new pc in late 2008.
it slowed in performance in 1 week!!!
figure that out huh?
then after being a pc user for 9 YEARS
i decided to switch to mac
and this computer still runs the same speed
as i bought it a 1 year and 3 months ago...

What's wrong with their customer service? Last time I checked, everyone agreed that they had one of the best customer services out there. Better than any PC customer service according to PC magazine.
