Two FANUC M-1iA 4-axis robots assemble and disassemble small LED lens into PCB bases using iRVision/2D. The robot uses built-in iRVision/2D to locate the LED lens and trays. The M-1iA robot offers high speed assembly precision with rates over 130 cycles per minute. The FANUC M-1iA is designed for small part handling, high speed picking and assembly applications.
