Fix-it Frank #1: insulation, deck fencing, water filter

I started some projects immediately after I moved in. To prepare for winter, I replaced some of the insulation and wrapped the pipes. After that, I replaced the water filter and furnace filter.
My favorite feature of the house is the deck, so I decided to spruce it up a bit. I had 7.5 cubic yards of stone delivered, most of which I placed under the deck & stairs, and afterwards on the driveway. Besides looking nice, it prevents mud & puddles during rain. I can't believe I got all this stuff done in only three months!
