Ghost In The Shell SAC Part 1

The first part of my Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex silent lets play. Sorry about the black bars, Ive been using Pinnacle Studios 10 and I cant seem to be able to make it into HD or remove those black bars until I purchase more content after I already bought it for $90 with my Dazzle. If anyone can help me find a way to Remove the bars without stretching the video, I would appreciate it.
