A few years ago, I hosted an 18 day tour of Egyptian archeological sites from Alexandria, to Cairo, to Luxor and Nubia and all points in between. The tour was organized by the Springfeld Museums. I composed this piece upon my return after having a dream in which all of these dramatic Egyptian images brought back memories of that incredible experience. I play all the acoustic and electric instruments on this piece. The tune first appeared on my 2009 CD "End Times" . - Joe Carvalho
