This is satire ... maybe crappy humor, but humor nonetheless ... of course she is corrupt. Corruption or cowardice is not the object of the satire here. She is probably more focused on maximizing power through political expedience than political bravery or cowardice. Moving to impeach Bush was obviously not in her best interest, else she would have tried.

So we agree this is not funny, she is not an idiot, she is either a coward or corrupt (or some combination of the two) and this video avoids an obvious truth to expose something as trivial as her misreading some text.

The extent or lack of humor is up to the reader. Pelosi's mental capacity is the subject of the satire, yet publically unverified by her psychiatrist. Featuring the misreading of cue cards in a part of the satire; her political agenda is the general target of the satire. Yes, the video avoids satirizing her bravery or cowardice. Yes, the video avoids Pelosi's culture of corruption. That topic would be a good subject for a future satire.
