  • Burned Dry Lavash! Lavash needs to be soft otherwise it gets too dry and crispy in a few minutes! Do not over cook it. Lavash must be baked on medium heat for a minute or it will get too dry. Lavash is vey thin and cooks easily (also burns easily!).
