  • Gants!!!....Bellissimo!

  • @popartafterflash Gants are from Greenwood, Mississippi. All good pals of mine. Our lead guitar player, Johnny Freeman was the original guitar player but his parents would not let him play on the road. He was replaced by Johnny Sanders. Vince Montgomery, from Greenwood, Sid Herring, from Greenwood, Vince Montgomery, from Greenwood, Don Wood, From Greenwood. All from Greenwood. They were heard in Laurel by Eric Burton's manager and got sign to open for the Animals.

  • @deltajjj tell them that nobody knows them in Brazil but the version of My baby dont care in portuguese was a great hit here and everyone knows the song even today ( meu bem não me quer renato e seus blue caps, just search )

  • YES ... the chorus seems too much In my life

  • great song, sounds more like hermans hermits to me

  • Someone get Roadrunner on here!

  • Great record - pretty much based on the melody of the keyboard solo in 'In My Life'.

Love the picture of Goofy Gant with Peter 'Herman' Noone - separated at birth!

  • That Bass line is amazing n this sounds just like the beatles...

  • That would be Johnny Sanders.

  • Which member is the physician?

  • @jblue48 I was stationed @ Greenville Air Force Base in the summer of 1964. I may be wrong but I think the Gants played there one Saturday night. Is that possible?
