@zdrgdr already figured out if you want get position of whole window:
you need to use case WM_KEYDOWN: function and bin your key to it for example:
search in google WM_KEYDOWN

@xoaxdotnet.. I followed the video carefully.. and I had an idea but I don't know how to realise it, cause I'm a beginer in C++..
so.. I was thinking that we can read the coordinates of the first selection and a second selection, and put them as coordinates for a line as explained in lesson 4.. so u can "paint" lines just by clicking on two points and you don't have to see only the line that I've painted.. I don't know, can that be done? It would be cool... Looking forward to hearing from you

Anyone can learn to program within a couple of weeks. beyond that it takes a long time and alot of practice to become really really good.
