@cattyclai277983 legally, companies can't tell you that it can be used for that because waterproof liner is not approved for the water line. i've been using it for a little over a year now and absolutely love it!

hi blair:) whats your view of macs blacktrack eyeliner? i use it quite boldly on my upper last line and do a flick at the end but i find that when i look in a mirror throughout the day that it has smudged above to my eyelid do you have any tips on preventing this?
