  • bring the beat science back to dnb. too many producers these days concentrate on the rest of the tune and quickly copy and paste a generic two step break over the top of it and that's the tune done. complex chopped up drum patterns using more than one type of snare is what gave me jungle fever. compare this amazing tune to anything Sly, Original Sin, and all the other copy cat wobblers pump out these days. them tunes are disposable forgetable club fodder.. i'll remember this peshay tune forever.

  • Maybe you're not looking hard enough.

Actually no, nobody would need to have permission from Goldie. Use of the metalheadz logo would be classed as re-appropriation of an image in the name of art, permission is not required for that, it can be done for any image.

U must be like 14 years old or something, because you have obviously missed the first 10 years of d&b

  • Jungle lives!!!

  • so called progress and evolution of a music type doesn't mean it gets better. give me this old and original style of dnb any day over the newer stuff (generally speaking of course; some old stuff was shite and some new stuff is brilliant). people have got to remember this music is called DRUM and BASS. therefore the drums *must* be interesting. dnb got diluted as soon as 2 step shite came along imho. keep the beats rolling, deep and progressive I reckon. peace to all the headz out there

  • @speakerbeing1 allot of Dutch producers like noisia and BSE, who have started a new record label and icicle, who has always been a proper producer, are going in the minimal direction actually, sadly it will never go back to this I'm afraid

  • love this tune. Love Peshay. One of the few dark tunes from this era NOT to have any samples from the movie "Predator" and it's stronger because of it. Like a lion stalking the drum n bass chickens, Peshay rolls out in style.

  • all my dnb/jungle is from 94-2000 with not much after 98...all producers have to do is strip it down and GET BACK TO BASICS...it's about the drums and the basslines. dnb now has no room for anything to breathe in the instrumentation. there are some top notch producers now as there always have been. it's coming back around though. i'm hopeful...a lifetime jungle head for half of my life now

    lol what a chomp.
