OK...Penniac makes a lot more sense...I know there was a spot just above the Penniac bridge where the track ran close to the road for a good distance.
I grew up in Marysville within sight of this track and always ran up to the window to see the trains go by whenever I heard the whistle. Always thought the military runs were the coolest things ever....then again, I was 6.
Remember sitting on the front lawn one night in April 1995 seeing the last train go by...brought a tear to my eye.

Where was this? Looks a little like Lincoln Road but I'm not so sure.

It is difficult to see, but the coal cars appear to be lettered "CBNS," which means that was Cape Breton coal. Cool!
