@amazed66 at the time of this race he was the current champion jockey, won the Derby the year before & won it again months after this race. Does that fit the profile or a jockey who needs to throw a race for money? I know if I was going to bribe one it would be a struggling job jockey who needs the money & who is not as high profile so as not to draw attention. Fallon made a genuine cock up, you see it better on the video that's on here from the head on shot at the end if you watch it again.

@euroman32589 first off I hope we won't fall out as I'm happy to have my opinion & for you to have yours. Watch the video on here & you see he gets the shock of his life after the 2nd look & sees the Fav. He's beaten by a nose after trying to get his horse going again & do you really think he could measure it that close in his one & only try? Not going to Dubai cost him his potential share of prize money & he's won 2 races there worth US$5million each.

@euroman32589 I think you need to watch the race again as he didn't ease down on the horse until the 1f pole, had a look over his right shoulder & didn't see the fav on his inner, eased down for a few strides, has another look & sees the fav having moved out from behind him & tries to get the horse going again & is beaten by the shortest of distances. Not sure where you get the 10L with ½ a furlong from to be honest & what he lost was he ended up missing the Dubai World Cup because of the ban.

@amazed66 ,,,...he pulled the horse...10 lengths ahead with a half furlong to go..mmm!!...when you have nothing to lose and everything to gain, it dont make sence. i would'nt believe his watch. nobody i know will touch fallon with a ten foot pole. unrealiable. untrustworthy.

@euroman32589 Oh I'm aware of the Ballinger Ridge thing but as I understood it he was totally cleared of that and the judge said he had no case to answer.

The video of the race is on here and he made a right cock up but that's all it was, nothing dodgy. Watch the video again and you'll see him look over his right shoulder but not see the eventual winner because it's in his slipstream on the rail behind him. When he looks a 2nd time he sees it and tries to get his horse going again.
