when seeing stuff like this I just remember one thing...Keep it simple. He was an agent who was not in the mood to be fucked with or was too busy to be. He called FBI from his vehicle DURING the chase, told them to have houston call off the chase AND THE FBI ACTUALLY DID IT! Houston PD refused to listen. So if you don't think he was a federal agent try calling off a police chase when you're in one...see what happens. This is just a case about some dumbass cops who didn't want to listen.
