  • Nice, I have a Tokyo Mauri m4a1 new type do you think I can run the Nimh battery instead of Nicd batteries? I'm running 8.4V nicd right now.

    Thanks!!

  • A Tokyo Marui should easily handle a Nimh battery, however, as shown in our tests, a lipo will give you a significantly more performance than any nicd or nimh. Hope that helps.

  • Of course but! remeber lipo batteries can harm Brushed motor's its beter to buy a brushless motor and brushless esc and set it up with out a reciver. Then you can buy 3 cell lipos and have wicked power with a hi-torque brushless motor. Or the 2 cell lipo batteries are fine for most brushed motors.
