The last 48 hours - we have had quite a bit of activity with regard to listings being placed onto the market. Within the 8 cities that compose the Santa Clarita Valley - Acton , Agua Dulce, Canyon Country, Castaic, Newhall, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia - Whew...

Within the Last 48 hours we have had 38 New listings placed onto the Santa Clarita Real Estate Market for sale.

Of those the break down is 11 of those were Foreclosure/REO status. 11 were also Short Sale category.
